Job Description

Manager Data Analytics - Healthcare (847741)

Required/Desired Skills:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Quantitative or related field with 12+ years of experience.
4+ years of solid experience in handling Big Data operations for large teams (40+ team size) and solid exposure in Operations life cycle (Feature Deployment, Issue tracking, Issue triage, Root cause analysis, team co-ordination)
Experience with US health care domain is preferred. Clinical quality management knowledge would be great ( BUT OPTIONAL)
Intermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems required (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
Demonstrated process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation of Operational processes required.
Excellent communication, time/project management, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills required.
Working knowledge of relational databases, database structures
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
