Manager- Digital Ad Sales

Responsibilities :
Responsible for Ads Space Selling (Online/ Digital Ad Space),Space selling, and Business development.
Responsible for managing all facets of the sales cycle, including: prospecting, presenting, negotiating and closing the sale.
Must have relevant experience in closing sales deals
Experience with language/vernacular portal/videos will be an added advantage.
To deal with digital ad agencies in and around the city across various genres and categories
Proactively identify new business prospects needs, marketing and advertising objectives and budget cycles through extensive research.
Meeting with the clients and making presentations to them.
New client acquisition & Achieve Sales target.
Build, manage and grow a diverse base of client relationships.
Identify markets and product opportunities.
Travel within defined region/area.
Locate and contact potential clients to offer advertising services.
To prepare/update MIS Report as per instructed schedule
Desired Candidate Profile :
Hands on experience in Ad sales/media sales are preferred
Experience in media sales (Radio /TV) in the early part of career would be an
advantage.
Must have the flair for selling and convincing ability while selling an idea to others
Must have good communication skills in local language and English
Must have the discipline and patience to practice sales script and improve the sales pitch regularly
Must be a good listener, with a "clarifying" nature to understand concept and ensure 100% belief in what is being sold
Have good market knowledge for generating leads
Has to be target oriented and ensure 100% efforts as per monthly efforts plan meeting quality efficiency
Must have good negotiation skills and closing skills
Must have good Presentation skill

PG : Any Postgraduate in Any Specialization
