  • Service Operations Process responsibilities for day-to-day maintenance and management of infrastructure/applications to ensure delivery of the agreed level of IT services as per ITIL standards.
  • Oversee day to day IT Service Delivery and working with Application Support Leaders to ensure effective and timely service delivery, with a focus on meeting all KPIs .
  • Identification of single point of failure (SPOF) in existing systems/services to ensure high availability & resiliency.
  • Doing the risk assessment on a monthly basis, along with the risk analysis for upcoming projects/changes in supported applications.
  • Ensuring that continual improvement plans are being sought of to improve the IT infrastructure and ongoing processes/services.
  • Responsible for application support management with vendor team team size > 50. Conducting Monthly reviews to monitor the KPI’s and service improvement initiatives taken.
  • Ensures all customer complaints/issues are identified, drive it till resolutions and Undertaking research for Root Cause Analysis and thus ensure the enduring of interruptions.
