Qualification :  MBA in social entrepreneurship, business management and any other relevant master degree. Minimum 4-5 work of experience handling social entrepreneurship and business development. Ability to translate vision to results by developing and providing clear strategic and operational guidance to teams. Leading and developing high performing business development techniques and strategies. Having innovative problem solving and conflict resolution skills. Fluency in oral and written English. Additional ability to speak, read/write Kannada preferred. Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills for networking to establish effective working relationships and partnerships with diverse stakeholders, business partners.  Ability to communicate complex information verbally and in writing to diverse audiences.  External representation, relationship building and persuasion among diverse partners. Excellent presentation skills and capability to represent project learning both internally and in external professional and administrative forums.  Strong documentation skills with ability to develop, review and edit documents. Ability to operate MS Office applications with high proficiency, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Salary :  The salary for the potion is as per market rate and negotiable which will be fixed based on qualification, relevant experience, interview performance.
