01 Manager (Marketing)/1 Post
Must possess a graduation in any discipline and MBA (Marketing) with marketing as one of the main
specialization and having minimum 60% marks from a recognized institute/University.
Should have minimum of 7 years of post-qualification working experience in marketing. Experience
in management of revenue/sales, identification of initiatives for generating new channels of revenue
and marking in a Public Sector Organization/Government Organization/ large private organization of
repute. Preference will be given to candidates having experience in Marketing activities in
Metro/Railway.
Pay Scale: Rs. 80,000

02. Manager (Facility Management) /1 Post
Must possess graduation in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) or B.Arch and having minimum
60% marks from a recognized institute/University. Post-graduation in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical or
M.Arch is preferable.
Should have minimum of 7 years of post-qualification working experience in Facility Management in
a Public Sector Organization/Government Organization/ large private organization of repute.
Preference will be given to candidates having experience in Facility Management activities in
Metro/Railway
Pay Scale: Rs. 80,000
Age: 38 yrs
