Duties and Responsibilities :
Service RM reports to National Sales Manager - Jegan Allwyn and is responsible for providing a productive and motivating working environment and addressing any issues/disputes from customers or clients. Incumbent is self- driven, exhibits unparalleled top-tiered service delivery and support and not only inspires others but lead by example as well.
• Delivering a comprehensive service to enquiring customers.
• Possibly delegating certain customer enquiries to specific teams.
• Managing a large number of incoming calls and emails.
• Keeping a record of customer interaction and details of actions taken.
• Responsible for the day to day operations & ensuring full compliance with all laid down procedures and processes.
• Lead and Manage day to day operations with focus on consistent delivery of excellent customer experience.
• Works independently and takes ownership of issues, including accurate & tactful resolutions of queries and escalations from both internal and external customers.
• Provide Operational support to staff including guiding them on the company’s policies and procedures on operational matters.
• Involved in process streamlining/ improvement of processes to improve operational efficiency and provide better customer service
Additional Information :
• Diploma or degree in Banking or Finance.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Exhibits management skills that inspires high performance from staff.
• Operational knowledge of NBFC’s regulations.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
