Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy
• Manage the full recruitment cycle for complex and mid to senior-level hires as per requirements.
• Responsible for overall recruitment (souring till hiring) in the organization and building up a talent pool pipeline for all levels and verticals
• Strong Hold on Offer follow-ups & offer negotiations, increasing joining ratio.
• Build and maintain a good quality database using the available resources to the optimum viz. Job Portals, Walk-ins, Advertisements, Employee Referrals, Institutes, Consultants, etc.
• Manage and oversee a team of recruiters, including handling performance management, performance improvement, increasing productivity, reviews, hiring, on-boarding, training, coaching, and counseling.
• Write job descriptions, understand the JD and prepare recruitment plan accordingly.
• List job postings on job portals, social media, corporate career websites, and other possible channels.
• Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires
• Stay up to date with current recruiting methods
• Stay within agreed hiring/onboarding TATs.
• Model, monitor and ensure best-in-class candidate care through recruiting lifecycle.
