You will be responsible to support 3 HRBPs (EP, BP+Finance /Sales/ Other Central Functions + DG) and to the OpCo HR Head of Smart Infrastructure on all topics of business partnering. Manage overseas assignments / Delegations (both inbound and outbound) for Smart Infrastructure (SI),India. Single handed people Data Analytics responsible to the OpCo HR and OpCo Management
You will support Learning analytics and SPOC for Global Learning Campus & People n Leadership functions for all BUs in SI, India. Supports SI HRBP on central topics such as Round Tables, workspace management, SRE interfacing, workspace cost saving initiatives. Employee Engagement owner across BUs (including budget from business and championing the SIFun teams at locations)
You will be assisting line managers to address specific people topics by advising on possible options and acting as consultant / advisor on people related tasks. R&R coordinator across SI (including Puraskaar + CEO special Stock Awards). Single interface to Expert teams such as C&B during organisation wide initiatives such as target setting, incentive payouts, merit rise cycle. Owner and executor of the SINew (SI Induction) programme for all types Trainees GTEs / DTEs/CTs/SGPs
You will be responsible for Central collator of SGES topics/action points at
SI level coordinator of SI nominations to various global programmes such as CEO programme, CAP nominations etc. Central collator for monthly Field HR Update for OpCo SI. Single interface to Performance Controlling team for activities such as monthly VCP data provision details, SI HR slides for Country BRM, Headcount reporting etc
You will be supporting to SI Mgmt for various initiatives / requirements eg SI LT Offsite, nominations for various events like SIBC, Sr. Leadership townhalls, etc. Actively driving the Speak Up tool (Say It) in OpCo SI, with the support of the SI HR, IT and CC team

You bring in 5 - 8 years of post-qualification experience of HR, preferably have seen different facets of the function by now
You have managed businesses with over 800-1000 employees.
You are a management graduate from reputed management institutes, an excellent standout colleague and leader.
You’ve a digital mindset, have great communication skills, love to work in teams, are grounded, honest and hard working.
