Role Objectives:

1. To develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

2. Nurture a positive working environment & facilitate in creating high performing teams

Job Description/ Key responsibilities

• Strategic HR:

o Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall

business strategy

o Promote corporate values and enable business success through focus on leadership

development

o Develop meaningful work relationships with teams and individual members and induce a culture of personal growth and productivity

o Creatively apply strong business acumen with strong communication skills in driving the people engagement and initiatives

o Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement,

motivation and retention of human capital

o Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems and procedures across the

organization

o Report to management and provide decision support

o Prepares budget of human resources operations

• HR Operations

o Nurture a positive working environment

o Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

o Performance management

 Manage performance appraisal

 Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance,and

equity within organization

o HR Development : Training & Development

 Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs & ensure effectiveness

 Plan & ensure effective employee orientation to foster positive attitude towards

company culture & business goals.

o Payroll & Compensation:

 Maintain pay plan and benefits program

 Analyses wages and salary reports and data to determine 

compensation plan.

 Writes directives advising department managers of Company policy regarding

equal employment opportunities, compensation, and employee benefits

 To run rewards & recognition

o Conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations

o Succession planning

o Ensure proper records of benefits plans participation such as insurance and pension plan,

o Oversees the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law or

local governing bodies, or other departments in the organization.
