Job Description

Requisition ID: 2016009

Job Position: Manager (HSE)

Location: Ahmedabad

Key Rules & Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing documents/Correspondence with the government departments.
• Assist in formulating HSE strategy/ CSR work plan.
• Ensure implementation of HSE Policy.
• Coordinate with site on HSE & CSR related issues.
• Report to the Project Manager on time to time basis.
• Direct and support the identification of HSE hazards, evaluation of risks for all activities and develop the tools to manage and reduce these risks.
• Interface and coordinate information with all the functions.
• Ensure that Project HSE programs and procedures are implemented, reviewed andimproved as needed.
• Provide HSE functional guidance, auditing, training and participation in meetings for individual contractor and sub‐contractor HSE professionals.
• Emergency response documentation and planning.
• Maintain contact with concerned groups for Emergency Preparedness Plans.
• Provide input to the collection of Lessons Learned for the project
• Ensure leading and trailing HSE performance measures are developed, compiled,  maintained and reported.
• Ensure an HSE Audit Process and Plan is developed and implemented

Qualification and Experience:

• Minimum Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Environmental Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in oil and gas industry
