RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborate with a cross-functional team to support the development of internal and market-facing creative assets
Establish workflow and project management best practices to drive the trafficking of design projects across multiple stakeholders and internal teams
Review new job requests to ensure information is complete and assign to appropriate creative team member
Coordinate reviews and edits of marketing materials between internal client and designers
Create or assist in the creation of project plans and schedules as needed
Be proactive in meeting all deadlines, ensuring deliverables are reviewed, approved and released on time;
Coordinate with project members to effectively communicate and meet date expectations
Collaborate with the team to ensure deadlines are met and all issues are effectively resolved
Assist in the quality control process to ensure marketing materials are produced according to guidelines, specifications and that appropriate requested edits are made
Take appropriate action if a deadline is not being met
Attend and participate in regular project meetings
Gain a full understanding of project requirements to articulate accurate scope of work.
Work in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking and completing jobs quickly
Be comfortable and adaptable to using various digital communication tools (task management systems, cloud storage, chat, etc.) to collaborate with teams across offices
Leverage the marketing team’s project management and digital asset management tools to drive efficiency, quality and internal customer satisfaction
Produce executive reporting (through the project management tool) as to team capacity, resource utilization and other metrics.

REQUIREMENTS :

Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of design and creative project management experience in a business setting, preferably with agency experience
Strong customer service and team management skills
Superior project management skills, with the ability to influence peers to achieve great work
Excellent verbal and written communication
Highly detail oriented with strong skills in logistics and processes
Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities and changes with professionalism
Ability to work in a high volume, high pressure, deadline-oriented environment
Ability to work independently and as a contributing team member
Strong problem-solving skills
Functional knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office is required
