Primary Responsibilities
- Provide expert architectural, functional and process guidance on approach and capabilities
- Partner with Finance leadership to understand capability needs and to improve the overall efficiency of the company
- Develop and Manage a team of highly experienced IT Business Analysts and Software Engineers.
- Deliver large scale, high-value projects within an established delivery methodology.
- Work within cross-functional teams (Operations areas, IT, PMO) to drive successful deployments.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Expert technical understanding of SAP Finance (FI-CO) systems capabilities
- Experience and knowledge of other common solutions deployed to support Tax, Treasury and other key functions reporting to the CFO
- Deep knowledge of Finance best practices
- Strong leadership, communication, consulting and influencing skills
- Strategic and Critical Analytical capability
- Highly self-motivated and outcome oriented
- Ability to motivate and inspire others to deliver their best every day
- Program/Project management, with experience leading multiple large projects

Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business, Industrial Engineering or industry-related curriculum
- Graduate studies a plus
Professional Experience Required:
- 8+ years of related IT experience in supporting the Finance and Accounting functions within a company
- 5+ years’ experience leading Finance and Accounting related programs and projects
- 5+ year's experience in people management
Professional Experience Preferred: 12+ years of experience including leadership in large-scale capability deployments supporting critical business processes
