Qualification : Postgraduate degree in any discipline, but
preferably in management, public policy or public administration from a reputed
institution. Additional, but not required, qualifications may be degrees or
diplomas in human resource development, data sciences or administration. A
minimum of 8 to 10 years of professional experience. Excellent networking and
communication skills, and ability to develop relationships with senior policy
makers and policy professionals.
Salary &Allowances: Selected candidate will be
offered a fixed term appointment initially for a period of three years on a
consolidated monthly salary on CTC mode. The contract may be extended further
as per the mutual convenience. During the contract period or after the
successful completion of the contract, if the performance of the candidate is
found excellent and Institute is in need of such permanent position, Institute
may confirm the candidate in a suitable pay scale with or without further
probation, depending on duration of earlier contract and performance
