Job Description

Ref: IIMB/HR/RECT/2019/48

Manager – Public Relations, Security & Transport recruitment in Indian Institute of Management Bangalore

Education and Experience: Candidates should have a First-Class Degree in Arts/Science/Commerce with a Master’s Degree/MBA or in case of Ex-Service personnel equivalent civilian qualification secured in the defence services.

Candidates should have minimum of 16 years’ experience in handling assignments listed under major duties & responsibilities above in a large organization,Candidates should have hands on experience in working in an IT environment and have good IT skills.Should be fluent in English and Hindi. Knowledge of Kannada is must.

Desirable: Candidates with armed forces background and additional qualifications in Security Certifications, Senior NCOs with adequate corporate experience, JCOs or officers in the rank of Major / Captain or Equivalent in Defence Sector and Inspector in the State Police Department would be preferred.

Age: Should be between 40 - 50 years.

Monthly CTC will be in the range of Rs.87,000 to Rs.97,000.
