Job Description

Manager

0 - 34 years-chennai

Job Responsibilities :

Responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment for a group of LoBs
Define, develop and drive strategy to meet recruiting demand which is aligned to organizational priorities, while ensuring that systematic, ethical and consistent hiring policies and practices are followed
Primary focus on closing mandates & building pipeline through various sources for current and future requirements
Partner with the business (hiring managers & skip levels) to set the expectations as per the pool availability in the market versus the requirement & share market insights
Drive internal mobility
Ensure a seamless candidate experience all through the hiring process
Drive various strategic projects / programs for organization-wide impact

Skills Required :

Excellent interpersonal skills & an ability to deal with senior stakeholders
Ability to work in constraints as well as to challenge the status quo
Should be comfortable with ambiguity; should display a knack for problem-solving
Ability to build relationships with senior leaders and a complex set of stakeholders
Self-driven & energetic

Educational Qualifications : MBA-HR from a premier institute

Work Experience : 3-5 years
