Job Description:
As a Manager at Knockout Fight Club, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our gym facility. Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

1. Leading and motivating a team of instructors, staff, and support personnel to ensure smooth operations and a high level of service.
2. Managing the facility's schedule, coordinating classes, workshops, and events to ensure efficient use of space and resources.
3. Monitoring and maintaining the quality of training programs, ensuring they align with our standards and member expectations.
4. Handling customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
5. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies to attract and retain members.
6. Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback to the team members.
7. Managing inventory and supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained and orders are placed on time.
8. Assisting in the development and execution of new programs, initiatives, and operational improvements.
9. Ensuring adherence to health and safety guidelines and regulations within the facility.
10. Collaborating with the finance team to monitor revenue, expenses, and budgets, contributing to financial targets and goals.
11. Keeping abreast of industry trends, advancements, and best practices to maintain the club's competitive edge.
