Manager, Business Process (L 09)

Primary Location: Hyderabad, TS IN

Qualifications/Requirements:

Graduate from any discipline with 5 years experience in financial services industry
3 years Collections or Operations experience with process improvement discipline
1-year experience in forecasting and analysis & research skills
Demonstrated analytical experience in prior role
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in night shifts, weekend, holiday and rotational work schedules
Effective verbal and written communication skills
