Title: Manager, Sales-Noida
RELATED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE : Bachelor’s in related curriculum such as B.TECH in ECE (minimum). A full time MBA in sales and marketing from a reputed institution is preferable with 5+ years of service
Communication Skills:
- Supports and participates in team sales initiatives where applicable by gathering and communicating pertinent information for assigned accounts
- Relationship Building Skills: proven experience
- Sales/Selling Skills: Proven experience in planning and managing Channels (Ecosystem SI, General Contractors, PMC , Nodal Agencies etc. ) , engaging end customers, working with Consultants. Good experience in planning sales in a region and proven results in delivering on target sales for a region (Work experience with Govt. , PSU customer accounts & tender driven business would be added advantage )
- Account Planning/Forecasting Skills: proven experience in planning and delivering on results in a region
- Product/Service/Solution Knowledge: proven experience in LAN Cabling and Switching Technologies, Data Center Technologies – these are minimum mandatory skills.
- Customer/ Account/Market/Industry Knowledge: Proven experience for North India (preferred)
