The Kerala State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC),invites applications from qualified and competent candidates for appointment to various posts on a contract basis.

Manager (HR) /01

MBA (Regular)/PGDM (Regular) in Human Resource Management from a recognized University/Institute. 

Minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience in Human Resource Management in a large organization.

At least 3 years should be in Officer Cadre in Government / Quasi-Government organizations.  Preference will be given to those who are familiar with Government systems and procedures. 

Age: 40yrs

Pay Scale: Rs.50,000/

Manager (Commercial) 01

MBA (Regular)/PGDM (Regular) in Marketing/ Logistics Management from a recognized University / institute 

Minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience in large organizations engaged in Commerce/ Transportation/ Tourism/ Infrastructure.  At least 4 years of experience in Government/Government organizations.

Age:  40

Pay Scale: Rs.50,000/- + Business Commission
