1. HR Manager / 1 (Single)
Qualification: Two Years regular MBA or Two Yeas regular Post Graduate Diploma in Management from recognized
University institute with Hyman Resource
Minimum 5 Years of post qualification experience in HR
Pay Scale : Rs.75,000
2. Procrument Manager /1 (Single)
Qualification:Two Years angular MBA or two Yrs regular PG Diploma in Finance from any recognized
university/lInstitute
Minimum 5 Years of work experience at state level
Pay Scale : Rs. 75,000
Legal Advisor/1 Single
Qualification:Bachelors in degree in Law from any recognized University /Institute .Minimum 5
Yers of related work experience in Goverment/Public Organisations
Pay Scale: Rs. 75,000
4. Finance Manager /1 Single
Qualification: Two yrs regular MBA in Finance ( as a major subject) or Two Years Regular PG
Diploma in Finance (as a major subject) or CA/ ICWA/ from a recognized
University/ Minimum 5 Years of state level finance related managerial work
experience in public sector .
Pay Scale: Rs. 75,000
5. Grievances Manager/1 (Single)
Qualification:Two Years regular MBA or Two yrs regularl Post Graduate Diploma in Health Management/ Health
Administration Hopital Administration
Minimum 5 Yrs of experience at State level in managing public grievances, social audits, monitoring of social sector projects.
Pay Scale: Rs. 75,000
6. Monitoring & Evaluation Manager /1 (Single)
Qualification:B.Tech in Computer Science or IT/ M.Sc. Statistics or Two Years Master in Population
Science from recognized University/Institute
At least 5 Years of relevant expereince at state level.
Pay Scale: Rs. 75,000
7 .Capacity Building (CB) & Information Education & Communication Manager /1 (Single)
Qualification:Two Years regular Masters in Social Work (MSW) or Two Years regular Master in
Journalism or two Years regular Master in Mass Communication from recognized Universtiy Institution.
Minimum 5 Years of experience at Stale level in lEC /Capacity building related
interventions .
Pay Scale: Rs. 75,000
Age: 40 yrs as on 1st January 2019
