Title of the Post: Manager – Legal (Preferred Immediate Joinee)

HR Manager:Praveen and Responsibilities.

• Advises the organization in all legal matters as required.
• Reviews, drafts and negotiates contracts and other legal documents.
• Draft contract templates.
• Have good exposure in handling civil, criminal, arbitration and NCLT cases
• Attend police enquires, represent before sale Registration office.
• Legal research and drafting

Professional requirements:

• Good understanding of the law, contracts, Arbitrations , litigation, property New Diligence ,Corporate law and commercial practices.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Graduation /Post graduation in Law
• Fluent in English ,Tamil

        Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to saturday

       Experience:

• total work: 8 years (Preferred)
