Qualifications Minimum qualifications:
Degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience (preferably degree in both computer science and marketing)
Experience with implementing multi-channel marketing automation stack
Relevant experience in managing end to end marketing stack
Relevant experience in integrating marketing technology with enterprise applications
Relevant experience in system configuration and administration experience
Preferred qualifications:
Deadline-driven, with the ability to self-manage multiple projects and deadlines
Exceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detail
Ability to use creative thinking to identify and solve problems
Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively between different disciplines (development, creative, marketing, admissions, etc.) and personality types
Responsibilities
Partner closely with peers and leaders to support implementation of major business initiatives across the company
Understand best practice marketing processes and align technology solutions to optimize those processes across the business
Help select and provide comparisons for marketing technology solutions (at times to support core system integrations)
Ensure Marketing products meet security and legal requirements
Lead proof of concept efforts to quickly test and validate new solutions in marketing
Keep current with the latest technologies and advise on their implications for the organization
Interacts with technology to ensure the successful implementation of business intent
Analyzes new business requirements, determines current performance, and builds and manages detailed project plans to implement improvements and/or corrective actions
Partners in the development of training and adoption materials to support initiatives
