Ø Manage the daily activities of the Housekeeping department to include appropriate cleaning of all areas.
Ø Monitoring the field officers and Training officers.
Ø Meeting clients and resolving the client queries.
Ø Supporting the Sales team for the survey and also with the vigilance team if any investigation.
Ø Responsible for payment follow-up with Client & coordinating with Accounts Department.
Ø Ensure the respective field officer to track the Invoices for submission to the client in a timely manner.
Ø Coordination with client & interdepartmental related payment, invoice, salary, attendance.
Ø Ensuring proper operational – orientation and monitoring proficiency of the field teams.
Ø Ensuring the site wise materials and machinery related follow-up and resolving the same.
Ø Operations control of the respective personnel such as regarding shifts, maintenance of Client premises have to be strictly enforced and monitored regularly.
Ø Directly responsible in raising the standard of the services, office decorum and procedures and discipline in keeping with the high image of the company.
Ø Responsible to support to the Operation team for smooth operation functions.
Ø Daily supervision of the housekeeping staff deployed at client place.
Ø Recruit, schedule and train all new housekeeping staff members as per the shortage.
Ø Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and conduct.
Ø Ensures the proper maintenance of all equipment; makes arrangements for repair and/or replacement of used and damaged equipment.
