project handovers to Customer resulting in to more than 90% Customer Success Score
Key Performance Indicators
Job Description:
· Assembly line planning as per project handover plan
· Accurate & timely assembling is done as per the project
specifications
· Ensure post assembly Quality Assurance check by QA department & handover the 100% ready kit to Stores
· Effectively & Efficiently plan the project execution work & there by allocate Project Incharge ensuring work balance among Project
Incharges.
· Ensure the correct pre-installation monitoring of Customers’
sites & site readiness as per project schedule
· Timely review the project progression & ensure On time in
full project deliveries
· Ensure timely & accurate ( as per finalized designs
& specification) onsite project
execution.
· Ensure post installation Quality Control check
by Quality department & handover the 100%
perfect project to the Customer.
· Ensure timely & perfect resolution of quality control audit discrepancies inline with the agreed designs &
specifications.
· Post Order Booking project planning & management for
collaborative and harmonious working with all functions of the
organization & ensure 100% syncing with them so as to have on
time & error free installation of kitchen
· Ensure timely and proper planning/re-planning of every project
· Whenever required, lead & conduct coordination meetings with
Design & Materials & other Support team for smooth
progression of all Installations
· Lead & ensure adherence of Organization’s Policies,
Processes & Systems
· Provide timely feedback / inputs on laid processes, systems
& support in upgrading those for better performances.
· Contribute in developing standards like ISO-QMS, 5S, Kaizen and
any new Quality standards requirements adopted by the organisation
· Ensure Cost control & optimization of Organization resources
· Lead from front by being a role model & mentor the team on
regular basis
· Identify training needs & provide timely feedback/ inputs on
training & developing skills & competencies of the teammates
· Provide timely inputs & performance evaluation of your
subordinates to HR function.
· Contribute in recruiting A- players at all levels for
Execution team
· Ensure the team delivers min. 80% of the defined targets on a
regular basis
· Handling the grievances of workers amicably jointly with HR
· Ensure that allocated Manpower is getting effectively planned & utilized by the Project Incharges

Job Competencies / Requirements:

· 5-10 yrs proven working experience as Operations / Project
manager. Modular Kitchen & Wardrobe experience would be an added advantage.
· Min. Graduate in any stream.
