Job Description

JOB PURPOSE: Development of New Polymer Products Relevant to Aquapharm Business

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS (Roles & Responsibilities) Generate ideas & execute projects from concept to finished product Planning of Projects, Literature search, input analysis, Interpretation of data Write reports/ papers/patents

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Please Specify: Ph. D. (Polymer Chemistry)

Preferred Industrial Experience: At least 10 years in Speciality chemicals/polymers/related industry

Support to pilot/plant during scale-up.
Knowledge about new polymer technologies /products/application
Experimentation in the laboratory to achieve the output.
Integrity & Trust Conducting the trials in Batch & Continuous Process, updating on data generated
Develop equivalent product General - ISO documentation for the new/modified processes/product, Maintain the records
Good Leader & team player Knowledge about Market Creative thinking and the ability to design new products
Approved by Problem Solving & decision making
Good communication skill (oral & written)
