Manage and co – ordinate production in Hyderabad plant for specific products and drive quality, on time delivery and productivity on respective production lines.

Manage and co ordinate the production operations for the product to achieve daily – monthly and annual targets of production quantity and MDR as per the plan and always maintain in line with set target.

Drive line efficiency by effectively utilizing Material, Manpower and on the production lines through developing, deploying and managing flexible – multi-skilled workforce.

Manage and develop people in the assigned lines of production

Training, developing and mentoring the operators of the lines.

Manage the Idea Scheme for relevant production lines.

Ensure inventory accuracy at shop floor

Ensure safety, drive the culture of safety

Guide the line leaders

Drive standards relevant to production and manufacturing

Training and Development.

Identify the training needs of the operators and provide them multi skill training in coordination with Human resources and methods team. Ensure the timely execution of the training programs. Conduct on the job training for operators in order to develop their skill in various operations.

Guiding Line Leaders

Coach line leaders on task scheduling and task completion and driving best practices

4 to 8+ years experience in Production in case of BE and min 2 years of Experience in case of Diploma Holders, in engineering / electrical industry making high volume products;

Strong experience in End to End plant production / Supervisor

Understanding of Business and manufacturing operations in Electrical industry,

Experience in Assembly process ,Material Management

Should have computing knowledge

Ability to read, write and speak in English

Knowledge of Telugu is preferable
