Job Description
Reporting to the President Operations & COO Gennova Biopharmaceuticals, this position is responsible for supporting the complete manufacturing organization of Regulated and Emerging Markets businesses. The role requires a business and functional expertise with experience of managing multiple projects, departments and outside relationships.
Creative analysis, independent thought, and a proactive approach to adding value to the organization are key elements of this position.-
Analyze company and industry data/reports and generate analytics and insights for improvement actions-
To Analyze the Various types of Plant data & provide the key observations/ Exception reports & provide strategic guidance to Management based on data.
Ensure implementation of projects and help adhere to timelines-
Monitor critical projects on behalf of President Operations & COO Gennova Biopharmaceuticals-
Trigger escalations to ensure timely action-
Derive future scenarios through forecasting models-
Responsible to achieve the plant manufacturing plans-
Experience and understanding of budgeting/expense management with a basic understanding of financial and accounting practices-
Provide leadership for the successful day-to-day operation of the facility.-
Implementing and using continuous improvement/lean tools such as; Six Sigma, 5-S, Lean manufacturing, etc. to drive improvement-
Work with plant leads to help remove production constraints; allocate human and equipment resourcesKey measures and targets:-
Projects delivered within agreed time, scope and budget-
Develop weekly/monthly dashboards-
Create competitor analysis for various products and services-
Ensure projects are completed within timelines-
Compiling data from various sources to create a repositoryRequired Skills:Work experience: 8-12 years.- Strong analytical skills.- Strong presentation skills (preparing high quality presentation)- Extremely efficient and conscientious approach
Strong in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Education:The ideal candidate should be a Graduate from ISSER, Engineer from premier institutes along with a Master's degree in Operations Management from a premier college or university.
