Description – Manager - Record to Report - Accounting Team Leader

This is your role. What part will you play?
· Planning, Directing and Coordinating all Accounting Operational Functions
· Managing the Actual, Budget, Forecast and Report Variances
· Review all Financial Plans and Budgets regularly to look for cost reduction opportunities
· Preparing and Publishing timely monthly Financial statements
· Providing Management with information vital to the decision-making process
· Actively communicates with customer's commercial representatives and manages solving of commercial issues.
· Assist in the Closing, Consolidation, and Reporting processes to ensure a high level of data quality and accurate financial data
· Examine all Financial Reports and data closely to check for discrepancies
· Coordinating activities with External and Internal Auditors
· Help develop and support short and long-term operational strategies
· Work closely with various internal departments
· Act as point of contact and sparring partner for finance managers and internal team.
· You are Coordinating and supporting operational activities including monthly closing, cost allocations to divisions/countries, creation and releases of accruals and provisions.
· Any ad-hoc duties assigned
· Additional controller duties as necessary Analytics Provide Comprehensive Financial updates to Sr. Management by evaluating, analyzing, and reporting appropriate data points , identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements on Preparing reports and projections based on this analysis Analyze Industry trends make recommendations based on the trends Able to develop excel Dashboards using advances excel options

· Excellent collaboration and communication, strong analytical skills.
· Reporting and controlling experience (Revenue Recognition, Factory and Project controlling )
· Detailed knowledge of SAP
· You are a CA Working experience of 8+ years or more in finance/ commercial /controller functions.
· Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures (including P/L & B/s)
· Hands of knowledge of Financial and Note to Accounts preparation
· You can apply accounting and analytical skills to unstructured problems.
· You are a self-starter, highly motivated team player who can operate effectively with limited supervision.
· You have strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with and lead discussions with various stake holders.
· You are an expert MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
· Knowledge of at least one Analytical tool - Tableau / Power BI / Qlik
