MANAGER, REFERENCE FULFILLMENT

Education & Experience:
·Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, accounting, finance, marketing, or information technology.
·2 – 5 years’ experience
Responsibilities:
·Support sales by fulfilling and coordinating incoming customer reference requests
·Provide timely response to requests related to Infor reference activities to meet deadlines of the sales organization and prospects
·Recruit customers in the database.
·Maintain and build the customer references database
·Contribute in the development of industry-specific marketing content
·Monitor assignments and collaborate across the team to ensure overall effectiveness
·Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders
·Conduct research and develop reports to support Customer References. This includes:
·Collect key business information regarding the Infor customer base and Infor reference customers
·Provide input to manager using Microsoft Excel and pivot tables that analyze and describe the success of the Infor Reference program by meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Required Skills:
·Experience in presales or similar customer facing roles
·Strong English language skills required (speaking and writing)
·Highly diligent and process oriented
·Highly proactive and willing to work under tight deadlines
·Organized and focused on goals
·Proficiency with business intelligence reporting tools
·Good knowledge in business and financial analysis
·High level of computer literacy in the basic Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
