Description of scope

(A) Developing New Accounts / Account Mapping

·         Existing accounts need to be mapped better and deeper. Focus on improving relationships with all our clients

·         Focus on developing new AMC Accounts across all verticals

(B) Adopt a Consultative Selling approach:

C) Ensure the Correct Positioning of brand Actis:

·Actis specialises in designing and building infrastructure for better management of collaboration, learning,entertainment and energy utilisation.

·Focus on conveying the value we bring to our customers as a result of thesecumulative skills and as a  turnkey solutions provider

(D) Services Business & Profitability:

·Work to achieve exponential increase in services revenues

(E) Take the initiative in Learning & Training:

·Need to be adequately equipped with skills: sales, technical, product, positioning & consultative

·Pro-actively attend training programs regularly

 (F) Timely and detailed Reporting/Reviews:

·Timely completion of Sales Reports in the provided format, including details

              on orders lost

·Weekly and Fortnightly sales funnel to be forwarded to Business head

(G) Project Management / Quality Control :

·Strict adherence to quality controls and  processes and ensure there are no customer escalations

·Coordinate post-order activities with the Service Manager and Coordinator to ensure that actions are completed on time

(H) Timely collection of client payments:

·Always insist on an “advance payment” in every project

·No sale is complete without receipt of full payment and you are accountable for full and timely collections. HO team will provide some assistance in this.
