Job description:

The candidate will be responsible for Real Estate marketing and sales strategy execution, building and nurturing channel partner relationships, understanding consumer behavior, influencing customer experience, and developing sales systems and processes. He or she will also be responsible for developing team management.

Role description:

- Develop and drive Real Estate sales initiatives to achieve set goals.

- Developing, Enhancing, and implementing comprehensive Sales strategies & other promotional activities for various projects to create new markets, and achieve targeted sales.

- Devising new and innovative selling and promotional techniques/schemes

- Competitor Trend Monitoring and Competitor Benchmarking to effectively balance competing priorities to full fill all customer expectations i.e., keeping up to date with competitor property offerings, pricing, location, quality, etc.

- Educating the clients about the market trends, keeping them aware of the rental returns and the price appreciation they may get after investing in our properties.

- To scan the market, identify opportunities for business growth, and prepare and implement growth plans

- Delivering a targeted top line as per the project's business plan by meeting sales targets

- Delivering positive customer experience to a distinguished client base

- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales enquiries, methods, and results.

- Regular analysis of sales trends and coming up with sales techniques that target the right market with the right tools.

- Proposing and implementing sales promotion activities for the project

Preferred Candidate:

- Adaptive to different / rapidly changing circumstances. A willingness to travel extensively is a MUST.

- Good people management skills

- Strong communication and public speaking ability

-Good team management skills and a highly professional attitude

-Ownership of sales, marketing, and customer service operations

-Expertise in marketing and sales strategies

-Improvement of lead generation and customer service strategies

-Experience using CRM tools.

Educational Qualification:

- Any Graduation with 5+ years of experience in real estate sales & Marketing.

Although Our office is located in Chandapura(Near Electronic city), travelling to various project site locations within and outside Bengaluru is a MUST. Company transportation will be provided for travelling to project site locations.

Salary: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
