Job Description

To manage Security/ Fire & Safety at all locations of the companyTo monitor the CCTV footages and bring to the notice of concern HOD in case of any irregularities observed.Record keeping (as per rules & regulations of company & as per prevailing laws) pertaining to all security / safety related activities.Selection of security personnel as per standards & deployment at respective locations based on requisite skill setsImparting training to security personnel related to fire, safety, short fall in skill sets, discipline, etiquettes, adequate checking tactics etcNight checking, surprise checking, field visit etc. & submission of report to the concerned authority. (1 night visit per month all locations) Design and implement the system which will best fit to organization which will prevent any unlawful activities, thefts, unauthorized groupings, damages to the company’s property etc
