Manager / Senior Manager - SAP IT recruitment in Pune - For a client of TeamLease Services Ltd

Drive the IT & SAP function for the organization to support business growth and strategic priorities • Take responsibility for the overall planning, organizing, and execution of IT, SAP & S4/Hana activities at all company locations and the APAC region. • Drive projects related to SAP Enhancement, Implementation & Maintenance in conjunction with SFS IT Team. • Evaluate and select new IT & SAP projects and applications in alignment with business needs in the field of Business Intelligence, Industrial Automation, Data Analysis, use of AI etc. • Be a single point of contact with the IT Team at the Group’s Headquarters. • Support Corporate Head- Services in annual/ periodic Budgeting and review of all IT initiatives. • Develop and implement relevant IT policies focused on objectives of business performance, risk management and driving cost efficiency. • Lead SAP module leaders to monitor and provide adequate support and training to business users and ensure achievement of business benefits . • Ensure consistency, maintainability and optimized usage of existing SAP applications by creating, maintaining, upgrading and enforcing standards/procedures with SAP team. • Guide SAP PI/PO team to develop, implement support and maintain interfaces and applications as per requirements of SFS IT team. • Propose hardware, software and digital solutions to accomplish the company's business objectives, along with data requirements and departmental workflows/ processes . • Guide the team in rolling out and driving the change management process for the IT Initiatives and systems as well as providing post implementation support • Take responsibility to maintain ICT infrastructure and assets across business locations and drive horizontal deployment of ideas and initiatives across locations. • Plan and manage procurement of IT assets in line with company policy and budget. • Provide leadership to the SAP PI/PO and IT hardware teams through setting goals, periodic feedback, guidance, mentoring, enforcing discipline, team building and resolving team issues as required. • Take responsibility of administrative management of the IT Hub office . Desired Skills and Experience • Min. 12 years of experience out of which minimum 6-8 years of hands on experience with SAP. Experience of SAP implementation projects is essential • Core Experience in manufacturing/automotive industry (automotive industry-desirable, but not essential) • Excellent knowledge of SAP & S4/Hana applications and experience with SAP systems- design, implementation, operation and integration. • Experience of Shop Floor System Integrations with SAP, Business Process Analysis and Solution Designing for Supply Chain will be a distinct advantage • Should have experience in IT project management, international experience (Europe, Americas, is a must) • Knowledge of various office productivity software programs such as word processing, databases, spreadsheet programs, and communications software. • Working knowledge of COGNOS, LucaNet or other Business Intelligence software would be a definite advantage • Global mindset and ability to connect with colleagues from other countries/cultural backgrounds • Outstanding communication in English and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of German will be an added advantage. • General knowledge of business processes and their interrelationships • Superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities • A strong strategic and business mindset, with excellent planning, execution , negotiation and change management skills • Paying attention to detail, diligent and willing to put in extra hours when required • Track record of having executed SAP/S4/ Hana projects and adherence to timelines/deadlines is necessary
