Service Strategy
•Implement the customer service strategy, standards of performance, policies,processes and measurement mechanisms for delivering the laid-down customerservice goals for the Customer Service Team via the following -
a) Defineand Set the CFL Service standards which are aligned with the company's overallService Standard Framework and provide a WOW! Experience to CFLcustomers.
b)Working on the projects assigned for delivery of superior service experience toCFL Customers. Providing a complete service experience to customers incoordination with internal enablers amp; stakeholders including Operations, ITand Service
c)Workclosely with the RMs and Service Managers to deliver Exceptional services toCFL customers
d)Ensuringadherence to all regulatory guidelines and internal compliance requirementsthrough the team
e)Maintain high level of knowledge across products and services offered by thecompany
f) Ensurethat engagement activities including on-boarding customers, welcome calling,Voice of Customer surveys etc. and other Engagement actions launched by CFL areworked upon and tracked
h)Suggestion of improvements on service processes and highlighting any processgaps to ensure superior service delivery
i)Ensuring all initiatives are well explained and communicated to thestakeholders by close tracking and monitoring in the initial phase.
j)Ensuring ownership for projects assigned and plan and execute the same indetail. Conducting UAT for new initiatives taken up and successful roll out ofthe process enhancements.
