MANAGER/ SR. MANAGER
Education: MBA from Tier 1 B-School
A minimum of 4-7 years/8-10 years/10-15 years of experience
Strong Program Management Skills
Prior experience in a Consulting firm will be preferred.
Demonstrated expertise in Sales & Marketing with preferred industry experience in Resources, Products, Health & Public Services, Financial Services and Communication Media & Technology.
The candidate should have excellent customer facing capabilities, and an established track record for selling & delivering consulting engagements.
The individual must be comfortable working at the highest levels of client organizations and interacting closely with the 'C - Suite' executives
Key Responsibilities :
1. Project Delivery:
a. Define project scope and deliverables,
b. Manage delivery and project economics
c. Manage project risk
d. Ensure buy-in of proposed solutions with the client team.
2. Business Development: In addition to project delivery, the candidate will be expected to
a. Identify and work on business development opportunities
b. Lead or be part of client site visits and presentations
c. Lead or support the preparation of proposal documents
3. People Development: People development will be a key attribute of this profile. The role will require the candidate to
a. Perform the role of a career counselor/guide for team members
b. Actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities.
c. Participate in practice engagement initiatives
4. Domain Development: One of the key expectations from this position would be practice development efforts comprising of
a. Creation of assets /research papers encapsulating project deliverables and case studies
b. Extending support to the development of marketing collaterals comprising of 'point-of-views' on leading operations practices/industry insights that can be leveraged in C-suite stakeholders.
