1.Setting up long term business processes to drive tax efficiencies resulting in value
creation for Company’s end customers;
2.Ensure 100% compliance with tax laws;
3.Benchmarking of current tax processes with CE Industry competition;
4.Representing the Company in disputed matters relating to Direct & Indirect Taxes
and driving early closure of these issues;
5.Representing the Company at various forums for highlighting taxation issues
requiring government intervention;
6.Informative MIS reporting on all taxation matters enable effective decision making;
7.Drive system automation to reorient business processes;
8.Drive the external & internal audit environment to achieve strong synergies
and progressive efficiencies
In-depth knowledge of Direct & indirect taxation laws & amendments;
2. Well versed with various case laws in the area of indirect taxation;
3. Ensuring close coordination with taxation authorities;
4. Hands on experience in filing of various tax returns;
5. Actively involved in compliance processes for Direct & indirect taxation;
6. Directly involved in implementation & stabilizing the GST transition process,
7. Implementation of DTC ;
8. Experience of working in SAP environment;
9. Strong Command over MS Excel;
10. Adept at report writing;
11. Experience of developing & monitoring policies as well as standard work practices for
various areas of the finance function;
