Job Description

Manager-Treasury

Organization: Aditya Birla Finance Limited

Job Description:
  • To work with Head Bank Borrowing in setting up fundbased limits CC Term Loan and ECB and Non fund based limits BG LC etc from banks. 
  • To negotiate with banks on various terms and conditions including covenants on the sanction. 
  • To finalise the execution documents for availing the facilities. 
  • To prepare CMA monitor sanction compliances MIS preparation of ALM statements. 
  • Should be conversant with preparing power point presentations
  • To support Head Bank Borrowings in Managing and enhancing Bank relationships
  • To ensure adherence to regulatory compliances in the fund dealings and structuring
  • To generate MIS of treasury and bank operations for various reviews
