The Manager Human Resource Information Technology will be based in Chennai. The person will be managing a team of Business Analysts overseeing support and delivery of projects in workday globally.

Here is a glimpse of what you will do
Lead the day to day running of the team.
Ensure the team are working efficiently on their priorities, which include audit tasks, support queries, enhancements and projects.
Identify and implement efficiencies in ways of working, through facilitating lessons learned and reflection sessions with the team.
Partner with internal stakeholders to help drive adoption and maximize the value of Workday.
Assist with and provides an escalation for path systems support.
Partners with the HRIT COE’s to manage and prioritize the inflow of demand upon the team, engaging with stakeholders.
Lead the delivery of enhancements and projects.
Mentors team members and supports their development.
Lead weekly project status meetings for assigned team and actively participate in weekly status, and/or, issues meetings.
Participate in Workday Design Groups to have timely insights into Workday’s upcoming features and functionalities, work with Workday on issues and gaps for the existing features and functionalities.
Facilitate team processes; write and review Unit Testing, UAT test plans and scripts as needed.
Here is some of what you will need (required)
7 -10 years of experience working with global HR Systems required, including applications that support Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Core HR, high volume of interfaces and complex reporting.
Global Workday HCM application implementation experience.
Experience leading geographical dispersed team providing support to a highly complex global organization.
Broad working knowledge of all aspects of HR functions and business processes.
The ability to translate technical knowledge into easily understandable terms for a broader audience.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced, high stress environment, while adhering to aggressive deadlines.
Must be a team player and have ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
