Job Description
Designation -Manufacturing Engineering Trainee
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering .
- No current backlogs at the time of application.
- Minimum of 60% marks in the highest qualification.
- Graduated between 2022 and 2023.
Job Responsibilities:
- Gain exposure to manufacturing processes and procedures.
- Assist in process optimization and efficiency improvement projects.
- Learn about quality control and assurance in a manufacturing setting.
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Support production teams in day-to-day operations.
- Work on continuous improvement initiatives.
- Resolve issues and delays in production
- Find ways to reduce costs and maximize quality
- Train staff in new and existing processes
- Collaborate with other engineers, contractors and suppliers
- Ensure that manufacturing procedures follow safety and environmental regulations
- Upgrade systems and processes with new technology
Compensation and Benefits:
