B) Working Experience : Minimum experience of 07 years of professional experience in the areas of Market
research/planning, Agribusiness and Value Chain development with focus on market access,
market surveys involving agricultural markets/products for developing commodity profile
reports, study and analysis of market trends, development and implementation of market
access plans for corporate/SME/FPO.
Good understanding of the World Bank’s operational policies, processes and procedures. Ability to think strategically and engage with diverse set of stakeholders. Ability to develop multi-sectoral management information system for projects

or private sector organization.
Computer Skills: Must be excellent in using computer applications, with advanced knowledge of Office
Management, proficiency in MS Office Applications (like Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.).
Desirable: 2-3 years work experience in similar sector/industry. Self-motivated person with ability to plan the work & execute to achieve results as
required.
