Job Description

Job Description
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand and scope research requirements and propose most appropriate solution and methodology.
  • Conduct research and analysis across a wide range of assignments including market assessment & sizing,competitive analysis & benchmarking,industry/sector analysis etc.
  • Lead a team of research analysts for project delivery.
  • Training & mentoring new joiners on research methodology and various databases and their application in the research work.
  • Ability to scope, structure and deliver work with a clear visibility of timelines.
  • Mange assignments from internal clients,clearly setting up their expectations and managing the deliverables within the team.
  • Drive and manage various key initiatives aimed at enhancing the operational effectiveness of the team and build its visibility

Primary Skills
  • Experience in research and advisory domain.
  • Excellent presentation,negotiation,follow-up and closing skills.

Secondary Skills
  • Should be well versed with swot analysis,pestel analysis,porters 5 force model,bcg matrix
