Job Description

MARKET RESEARCH ANALYST

JOB ROLE:

  • Primarily will be involved in conducting research surveys over the phone with international respondents.
  • Interacting with Prospects in English.
  • Collating and Maintaining Lead Database
  • Calling and taking set number of interviews as per pre-decided quota
  • Meeting all internal and external deadlines
  • Meeting project efficiency & target oriented
  • Conduct studies across various industries such as Information Technology, Telecom, Banking and Financial Services using Telephone and CATI software.
  • Delivering high standard of quality work along with adherence to the project guidelines.
  • Minimum 85% Q score, no fatal errors and zero tolerance on coding errors.
  • Timely reporting and maintaining required call logs and judicial management of breaks during working hours.
  • Target respondents will be C-level, VPs, Directors, Managers, other executives and general consumers.

QUALIFICATION: Any Under Graduate/Graduate/ Diploma / Post Graduate/ MBA / PGDBM

EXPERIENCE: Minimum: 6 months Maximum: 1 year

REQUIREMENT:

  • Good understanding of national and international business models (in general)
  • Should be Excellent in English (Oral and Written)
  • Self-motivated and target oriented.
  • 100% outbound calling
  • Flexible to work in Night Shift.
  • Good communication skills (both Written and Oral)*. Should have neutral accent.
  • Good working knowledge on various office tools (MS-word, MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint).
