Job Description

  • Good analytical skills.
  • Very good Internet research and computer skills required.
  • Very good English proficiency with good comprehension and writing skills.
  • Very good Internet research and computer skills required.
  • Interact with customers to provide and process information in Response to inquiries, concerns and request about Products and Services.
  • Accurately process and record all transaction using a computer and designated tracking software.
  • Collect data on consumers, competitors and market place and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations.
  • Ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of  databases and MS Office.
  • Search engines, web analytics and business research tools acumen.
  • Familiarity with CRM programs.
  • Adequate knowledge of data collection methods.
  • Working knowledge of data warehousing, modelling and mining.
