Job Summary

Forum is an Indo-Dutch firm helping hospitals improve the patient experience. We are hiring female Patient Care Coordinators to work with our partner hospitals in Hyderabad.

We work with hospitals in improving the patient experience and help the hospitals convert their patients into brand ambassadors of the hospitals. We use concepts from consumer behavior, psychology and the latest in hospitality services to improve the emotional connection of businesses with their customers.

Responsibilities and Duties:

We are looking to recruit Young females for the role of PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR / RESEARCH SPECIALISTS, who are at the core of what we do. They are a critical element in our solution delivery process.

They are supposed to walk the corridors of the hospitals that we work with on a daily basis and communicate with the patients and collect their experience. The role involves speaking to the patients, understanding their experiences, and capturing this into a mobile application on a handheld tablet or a mobile phone.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

Fresh graduates of any discipline with a pleasing personality are welcome to apply. Ability to speak in Telugu, Hindi, and English mandatory.

The pay scale for the said role is going to be 15K/Month.
