Market Research – Consultant – Bangalore

Experience- 4 to 9 Years

Job Description- 

  • Gather and analyze market data using secondary and primary research techniques
  • Based on data analysis offer business critical insights and recommendations
  • Offer research findings that support sales entities and enable them to have a strategic view of the market
  • Offer recommendation based on research findings to enable bidding team to improve their win ratio against competitors
  • Provide deep dive analysis of competitor on various parameters
  • Collaborate with other research and knowledge communities and shared services units
  • Required Skills 3 to 5 years of experience working in the field of research preferably for an IT services organization Hands on research experience in using various secondary research tools preferably in the presales environment in a services organization
  • Experience in Sales process and customer interaction Understanding of various stages of sales lifecycle Exposure to Bidding process will be added advantage
  • Must have worked on competitive research projects with exposure to Competitor Bid strategy Advanced knowledge of excel and familiar with MS office tools
  • Should be self driven and able to work independently with little or no management oversight
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Should be well organized and ability to multitask and prioritize deliverables
  • Collaborative style of working and should be a team player
  • Experience in a MNC IPP s and working in a matrix reporting organization would be helpful
