We are looking for a motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Marketing and Client Interaction Specialist. The ideal candidate will have experience in both marketing and client management, and be able to effectively communicate our Product and services to potential and existing clients.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the production process from start to finish, ensuring that products are manufactured to meet the highest standards of quality
• Developing and implementing production plans, scheduling production runs, and monitoring progress to ensure that deadlines are met
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
• Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Communicate with clients to ensure a positive customer experience
• Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Analyze and report on marketing campaigns, client feedback, and market trends to continually improve our strategies.
• Develop and execute marketing plans to promote our products and services

Qualifications:

• Experience in marketing and/or client management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with social media marketing, content creation, and analytics.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
