Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing and Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of selling exhibition space, securing sponsorship, maintaining client databases, and exceptional communication skills. This position requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Sell exhibition space and secure sponsorship across identified sectors

2. Develop and maintain a strong client database, ensuring all information is kept up to date and confidential

3. Identify potential clients through market research and personal networking

4. Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and support

5. Provide regular reports to management on sales and marketing activities and results

6. Work closely with other team members to ensure the successful execution of events

7. Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

1. Proven track record of selling exhibition space and securing sponsorship

2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

3. Proficient in English

4. Proficient in MS Office

5. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

7. Attention to detail and accuracy

8. Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
