RESPONSIBILITIES:

Demonstrate enthusiasm & eagerness to learn the fundamentals of all store operations, including but not limited to service, visual presentation.
Build the bond between consumer & brand by providing superior service &adapting brand stories to the retail setting.
Serve as a product knowledge resource for consumers & entry-level associates.
Utilize customer service skills, basic sales techniques, & product knowledge to connect customers with the right product within your pillars & drive sales.
Assist with loss prevention efforts by providing proactive customer service.
Able to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Model reliability & flexibility by being able to work varied hours & days to meet the needs of the business.
Deliver feedback & work proactively and consistently alongside your co-workers globally.
