Black Elephant Digital invites applications for a marketing operations role.

An ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:

1. A undergraduate degree in English/ Communications/ Journalism/ PR/ Business from an accredited institute
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrable
3. A high degree of organisation with strong attention to detail
4. Minimum 1-3 years of work experience at a digital marketing agency
5. Demonstrable expertise in handling social media platforms and social media management tools like Hootsuite
6. Capacity to work independently and the drive to continuously improve and optimise.
7. Ability to work in a high-pressure environment

The role would require:

1. Assisting in the creation and development of marketing campaigns (organic and paid)
2. Social media execution for Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and/ or Instagram
3. Maintaining databases and owning multiple Excel sheets (list management and optmisation)
4. Assisting in workflow management
5. Research on advertising campaigns and creatives
6. Drafting content for posts, emails and presentations independently
7. Carrying out administrative and operational tasks in a semi-client facing orientation
