Summary:  
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Associate to join our team at INAORB PRIVATE LIMITED. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in promoting our company services and expanding our client base. This position requires excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to schedule and conduct meetings with schools and educational institutes.


Roles and Responsibilities:
1. *Promote Company Services:* Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase awareness of our services among schools and educational institutes.
2. *Schedule and Conduct Meetings:* Proactively reach out to schools and educational institutes to schedule meetings, and effectively present our offerings to key stakeholders.
3. *Client Relationship Management:* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
4. *Market Research:* Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for business growth.
5. *Collaboration:* Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns.
6. *Reporting:* Generate reports on marketing activities and performance metrics, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
7. *Customer Feedback:* Gather feedback from clients to ensure high satisfaction levels and identify areas for enhancement.


*Requirements:*
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in marketing or a similar role, preferably in the education sector.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to meet clients as needed.
